About Bidet Co Ireland
Hand held bidet sprayers, under seat bidet attachments and the accessories that go with them. Delivered across Ireland.
What we do
Most bathroom shops treat the bidet as an afterthought, one boxed attachment on a shelf between the taps and the towel rails. We treat it as the whole shop: hand held sprayers, under seat attachments, a travel bidet, and the towels and tissues that go with them.
We sell online only, direct across Ireland. You tell us your toilet and your bathroom, we tell you which of the options actually fits it, and it ships from one place.
How we work
We sell online and do not offer an installation service. Each product page says what the fitting connects to before you buy. Installation and backflow requirements vary by property. Follow the product instructions and your local water rules, and ask a qualified plumber if you are not sure your supply is suitable.
Prices are in euro and include everything you pay at checkout. Delivery is free across Ireland on orders of €60 or more, and a flat €25 below that.
Not sure whether your cistern has a reachable isolator, or whether your tap takes a standard aerator thread? Email us at theteam@customersupport.care before you buy and we will help you work it out.
Choosing between the three
A hand held sprayer is the cheapest and most flexible, and you aim it yourself. An under seat attachment is fixed and hands free once the dial is set, which suits a household where more than one person uses it. A travel bidet carries its own water and battery, so it needs no plumbing at all and goes in a wash bag. The one thing that decides it for most people is the cistern: if you cannot reach the supply and the isolator, a fitted bidet is not an option and the travel one is.
Delivery
Delivery across Ireland is free on orders of €60 or more. Below that there is a flat €25 charge, shown in your cart before you pay. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, then delivered within 7 working days by tracked courier. Express Delivery is also offered at checkout: dispatch within 1 working day, then delivery within 5 working days. You can pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. Our shipping page has the full detail.
If something is not right
Your rights under Irish and EU consumer law apply to everything we sell. If an item turns up faulty, or it is not what the page described, email us and we will put it right. Our refunds and returns page explains how that works.
How to reach us
Email theteam@customersupport.care and a person will answer, usually within one working day. If you are chasing an order, put your order number in the email, or check it yourself on the Track Your Parcel page.
Who is behind Bidet Co Ireland
Bidet Co Ireland is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.
That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We would rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.
We are an online store. The administration address is not a showroom, shop counter or collection point.
